How to assign a Zoho License to a user/e-mailaddress

1. Go to https://www.one.zoho.eu and log in
   
2. In the bottom left corner, select 'Directory'
   

            

1. In the left pane, click 'users'
   

            

1. Click the button 'add user' (in the top right corner)
   

            

1. Complete user first name, last name, e-mail, etc., and click 'Add'
   
2. If you want to check that the user accepted the invitation to become a Zoho user, or if you want to resend the invitation link: go back to Directory > Users, and select 'Pending users'
